1 Acceptance of Terms

6 Gameplay and Betting Rules

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rg999 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and balances — including winnings — forfeited at rg999's discretion.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with rg999.
• Registering or operating more than one account on rg999 under any name, email address, or identity.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

rg999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if rg999 reasonably believes that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account holder has engaged in or is suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• The account holder fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• The account shows signs of fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity.
• rg999 is required to close the account for legal, regulatory, or compliance reasons.
• The account holder has self-excluded or requested account closure through the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

Player-Initiated Closure
